Therapy Appointments

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule a therapy appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.

If Sex Talk With Sylvs CIC needs to cancel an appointment and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged, any payment already made for that appointment will be refunded or credited towards a future session.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including ebooks and downloadable materials, refunds will generally not be provided once the digital content has been supplied, accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Where applicable, by purchasing digital content for immediate access, you may be asked to consent to receiving the content immediately and acknowledge that this may affect your statutory cancellation rights.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact us so we can assist you.

Workshops and Other Services

Cancellation and refund arrangements for workshops, speaking engagements, commissioned work or other services may vary and will be communicated at the time of booking where applicable.
